Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get a quote?

After you submit the form (and ideally email us the drawings or some site photos), we'll come back within 1 business day. A written quote follows once we've confirmed scope and access — usually 2–5 business days for protection jobs.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold relevant trade qualifications and carry public liability insurance up to $20m. Insurance certificates are provided with every quote, and we sign in on site like any other subcontractor.

What if protection materials fail during the build?

We re-attend at no cost to repair or top-up protection that fails through normal use during the agreed coverage period. If a finished surface is damaged because our protection didn't perform, we cover the repair.

How does payment work?

Protection jobs: 50% on install, 50% on removal & handover. Furniture repair and grout sealing: full payment on completion of the visit, paid by card or transfer.

Which areas do you service?

We service the Greater Sydney area, with most jobs in the North Shore, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches. Outside Sydney? Contact us — we'll let you know if we can help, especially for ongoing protection contracts.
